"I am a graphic designer and illustrator born in Chile. Since 2011, I have been working as a full-time illustrator from my studio located in the city of Valparaiso. My illustration work uses a combination of traditional techniques and digital image processing and over time I have collaborated with print media such as The New Yorker, The Washington Post, ESPN and many more.

For this portrait of Bryan Gunn, I wanted to convey through the illustration, the tension of the player at a decisive moment of the football match. In particular the period when he was playing in goal for Norwich City during their famous UEFA cup run 25 years ago. I hope this artwork brings back some good memories and brings you good fortune for the rest of this season."
