90 Years of The Black Dogs

Yesterday afternoon we made a short trip to Maltings Meadow in Suffolk, the home of Bungay Town football club. The year 2015 marked the club’s 90th anniversary and this achievement was deservedly met with a weekend of celebrations which we were pleased to be a small part of.
The home match against Poringland Wanderers (a repeat of Bungay Town’s first ever fixture) was chosen to mark the occasion. A host of previous Bungay Town players and representatives were invited to watch the match and to reminisce about past-times together in the club house afterwards.
Thank you to Bungay Town for commissioning us to design the commemorative poster (above) and for kindly inviting us to join them for their celebrations after the match which we thoroughly enjoyed.
